C/2025 A6 (Lemmon) on 26th sept.

Despite its low altitude, the dark sky of central Texas allowed us to capture fine details of the comet’s longue tail.
Different exposure lengths were used to preserve details in the tail, as its appearance changes very quickly within the same hour.
The comet’s appearance is still rather “young”: it shows a turquoise glow around the nucleus, an indication that it is still relatively far from the Sun. However, the beginnings of a dust tail can already be discerned, with a tendency toward an orange hue. This suggests that its aspect may evolve over the coming days, becoming more similar to that of comet C/2020 F3 (Neowise), with a warmer-colored tail and a less prominent nucleus coloration.
