The Northern Trifid is a diffuse nebula in the constellation Perseus and is part of the California Molecular Cloud. It gets its name from its resemblance to the more popular Trifid Nebula (M20). Captured in one night from a remote observatory in Northern Spain (Trevinca Skies, Bortle 3). 5hrs of total integration with a Takahashi TSA-120 (0.7x Reducer) and ASI2600MM on a Paramount MX+.
