Narrowband (HOO) processing of this interesting emission nebula located in Constellation Cygnus at the distance of app. 5000 light years from the Earth. An unusual type of Wolf-Rayet star is located in the nebula center causing ionization of hydrogen, oxygen and other gases and consequently the light emission. Vast clouds of hot, ionized gas (mainly hydrogen) are present around the nebulosity.
Imaging: 115 mm Apo refractor (fl=646 mm) and ASI183MM Pro camera with ZWO 1.25″ NB interference filters an ZWO EFW, OAG with ZWO ASI174MM Mini guiding camera and ASIAIR v1. Total integration time: 4.7 hours.
Imaged from the center of the Skopje city (Bortle 7-8) at 9th and 12th May 2020.
